Policy
All makeup and cosmetic products purchased from NOUR ALYOUSUFYA Makeup Services & Trading are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Makeup service appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
